HARRISBURG – Pennsylvania House Republican Leader Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Fulton) and Rep. Perry Stambaugh (R-Perry/Juniata) announced they will soon introduce legislation to provide protections for student-athletes receiving compensation for the use of their name, image and likeness (NIL).
